Master student and experienced professional who offer biology classes
Priya Maria V.
My name is Priya Maria Vinesh, and I am a committed learner with a background in biological sciences. My passion for science, particularly biology, began in high school, where I achieved a state rank and secured a perfect score in biological sciences, encompassing all subjects such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Subsequently, I successfully passed the National Entrance Test and gained admission to the nation's leading life sciences university. During my four-year honors bachelor's degree, I focused primarily on genetic engineering, which provided me with extensive laboratory experience. I engaged in various areas, including molecular biology, gene isolation, gene coding, vaccine development, DNA structure analysis, cell biology, heredity, bioinformatics, human and animal genetics, evolutionary biology, population genetics, mutations, genetic disorders, and biotechnology, among others. I was honored to receive the prestigious Global Excellence Scholarship Award from University College Dublin, where I am currently pursuing my master's degree.
I adhere to the philosophy of "Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish," which drives my desire to continuously learn throughout my life. My teaching approach is straightforward, and I strive to incorporate new information beyond standard textbook content. With over five years of teaching experience, I have successfully guided biology students during my studies, resulting in improved examination outcomes. Additionally, I spent a year as a quality controller, where I gained proficiency in microbiology, biotechnology, and molecular techniques through hands-on laboratory work.
