Allowing students to ask questions allows me to assess my own teaching. I take into consideration the fact that not all students work at the same pace so I cater for this. I like to challenge the more able students by providing more challenging tasks and questions. I adopt a variety of different teaching methods during my classes such as pair-work, group-work and by using various resources that are available to me both in the school and from the internet as well. Setting targets is important and making the students aware of these targets is helpful as it allows the students to be in control of their learning
