I always try to improve and upgrade my teaching strategies to a more better level from time-to-time. Because I always believe, every child is unique to himself & may require a specific learning strategy. So, they must be motivated according to their own learning style which improves their Mental strength & confidence. Whenever I enter my class, I have the highest expectations for every student to provide them the best and caring educational environment which encourages them to exchange ideas & recognize their full potential. Just memorization is not always learning & learning requires thinking. I make my students achieve this sense of thinking & curiosity through a range of simulating and exciting activities, Hands-on practicals, Project-works, Field-trips, Paper-presentations, Seminars, Quiz, Debates & Elocutions.
I always actively engage my students in the classroom lecture through a range of simulating and exciting activities, hand-on practicals & project-works. At the end of every class, I give about 10minutes to my students for an open discussion where they can interact with each other & exchange ideas.
* I frequently use interactive Presentations, Podcasts and Video-clips for parts of lesson (i.e mini-lessons)
* By using Virtual-simulations (like diving into the food-pipe or blood-vessels) through Google-cardboard (costs < $15)
* Making children listen in a group to an Online, Live, Guest-lecture through apps like Skype or Google Hangout
* I even share an Online, Class-calendar with Students & Parents which keeps a track of what’s going on in the class & what’s the next topic
* And through School-blogs, I Assign Online home-works & give Online-feedback
